Meet Luka

Luka is a 70-pound male Great Pyrenees mix with a gentle heart, a friendly personality, and so much love to give.

This handsome boy absolutely loves people and never turns down a chance for pets and affection. If you're looking for a loyal companion who enjoys being by your side, Luka is your guy. Whether he's leaning in for scratches or soaking up belly rubs, he's happiest when he's spending time with his humans.

Luka also has a playful side. He loves going for walks, chasing toys around the yard, running through the grass, and one of his favorite activities of all—rolling around in the grass with the biggest smile on his face. And of course, no day is complete without a few tasty treats!

Luka does well with other dogs, but he's not especially interested in roughhousing or constant play. He's perfectly happy sharing his home with another dog, but he's also confident enough to be just as happy as your one-and-only companion.

Luka has not been around children or cats in his foster home. However, given his friendly, easygoing personality, we think he'd likely do well with respectful children. He also does not chase local wildlife, which is encouraging, and we would be happy to arrange a cat test if needed.

Luka is the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much—just a family to love, a yard to stretch his legs, plenty of pets, and someone to share life's adventures with. In return, he'll give you endless loyalty, affection, and companionship.
